How To Shop
Finding your products and ordering
- Find your products using the search field at the top left hand corner of the page, or "shop by category" located on the left of the page.
- On your selected product, update the quantity required (default is 1) and click the "Add to Basket" button next to the quantity.
- Once a product is added to your cart, you will see the cart contents in the top right hand corner of the page increase by the cost of the product multiplied by the quantity.
- Click on the "View Cart" button at the top left hand corner of the page, just above the "Australian Dollars" box.
- This takes you to the next step on a new page.
Logging in or registering your shipping details for the first time
- On confirming the contents of your cart, you will need to either login or register (if you are not logged in already).
- If you are registering for the first time you will need to create a username and password. This is to allow you to register (and keep secure) your contact details and shipping address.
- Once you have provided those details (only needs to be done on the first purchase), you can select to have shipping via regular parcel post (cheaper), or Express Post (more expensive). Shipping will depend on weight of the product and the state you are in. We ship from Victoria, Australia.
The final step is to select your payment method.
- Select "Credit Card" to pay by credit card. Australian Dollars is the only currency option.
- Enter your credit card details and your transaction will be authorised and we will ship your goods on the next business day.
